This trio for flute, cello, and bass (selected as a finalist for the Project Trio Composition Competition) is a serialized piece that explores atonal textures and counterpoint. One of the highlights of this work is one of the final sections that features harmonics in the cello and bass parts creating the sound of a flute trio for brief moment.
